En 1476, Pierre du Boschage, curé de Jouhet, fonda une chapelle dédiée à  la Vierge Marie, à  sainte Catherine et à  tous les saints. Cette chapelle s'élevait dans le cimetière qui a aujourd'hui disparu. 

In 1476, Pierre du Boschage, vicar of Jouhet, founded a chapel dedicated to the Virgin Mary, St Catherine and all saints.

La façade est percée par une porte gothique dont l'arc est surmonté d'une croix. Au-dessus, une niche contenait probablement une statue.

The façade is pierced with a Gothic doorway, whose arch is surmounted by a cross. Above, a niche probably contained a statue.

 La salle rectangulaire, voûtée en berceau brisé est éclairée par deux baies pratiquées dans le pignon est. Elle a conservé son autel gothique, surmonté d'un retable de pierre, gravé de cinq croix de consécration. 

The rectangular pointed-arched nave is lighted by two windows pierced in the eastern gable. It has retained its Gothic altar, surmounted by a stone altarpiece engraved with five consecration crosses.

                                                               

Elle est surtout remarquable par ses peintures murales qui rappellent celles de la chapelle funéraire d'Antigny. Elles ont été exécutées entre 1433 et 1510, commandées par le seigneur de la Contour.

The chapel is remarkable for its wall paintings, which not unlike those of the funerary chapel at Antigny.

La chapelle mesure 6 mètres de long sur 3 mètres de large - The chapel is about 18 feet long and 9 feet wide

Trois jeunes cavaliers vont à la chasse avec leurs chiens et leur faucon. A une croix de cimetière, ils sont arrêtés par trois morts gruillant de vers, qui leur rappellent la briéveté de la vie et l'imporance du salut de leur âmes:

Three young horsemen are hunting with their dogs and their hawk. At a graveyard cross, they are stopped by three dead crawling with worms, who remind them of the brevity of life and of the importance of the salvation of their souls:
